Accommodation Terms & Conditions

 

Terms & Conditions – Grand Ridge Accommodation – Manor

1. DEFINITIONS

"Booking" means the period for which you have paid to stay at the Property.

"Property" means Grand Ridge Manor at (address to be inserted) and all its fixtures, fittings and equipment.

"Management" means the owners and managers of the Property.

"Guests" means the persons who stay overnight in the Property during the Booking.

"Visitor" means a person a Guest permits to visit the Property during the Booking.

1. No Smoking Policy

The Manor is strictly NO SMOKING indoors. Guests will be asked to leave if found smoking indoors and will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.

2. Check in & Check out times

Check-in time is 3pm on the arrival date.

Check out time is no later than 11 am, to allow us time to prepare for the next guests. Early arrival or late departure required by the guest/s is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra fees may apply.

You must notify Management by phone on 03 9800 1000 or email beer@grand-ridge.com.au of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 2 days before arrival.

Keys can be collected from Grand Ridge Brewery Restaurant on arrival.

 

Departure

The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, with all the dishes done. If the house is not left in a similar state an additional cleaning fee of $150 will apply.

3. Cancellation Policy Bookings may be changed at no additional charge if done 21 or more days prior to your booking

Cancellations within 7-21 days of your booking may incur a $100 rebooking fee.

Cancellations less than 7 days prior to your booking may forfeit the voucher.

4. Bond

We require credit card details as security. Management reserve the right to inspect the property at any time if we consider the conditions of bookings to be broken.

Please note that our maximum capacity is 10 people (including children) and under no circumstances can we accommodate above this number. Any additional overnight guests above those originally booked will be charged at the going rate. Note that if we are not notified management reserve the right to ask all guests to leave, no refunds or compensation will be offered.

We ask that you inform us of any day guests.

You are responsible for their behaviour at all times.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive or late night noise is prohibited and may result in the termination of your rental. No refund will be given.

All children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their stay.

We do not accept ‘schoolies’ groups.

Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave at any time, if any of the above conditions are broken or if guests’ behaviour is considered unruly. No compensation will be offered if your stay is cut short due to bad behaviour and you will be expected to pay for any

DAMAGES and BREAKAGES. Grand Ridge Brewery (Accommodation) takes no responsibility for loss or damage of guests property or Personal injury. Guests should report breakages and are responsible for loss or damage to property belonging to them and for the damage or loss of property belonging to the house during their stay.

5.Pets - no pets are permitted inside the guest house. Pets are permitted with management approval outside only.

6. Linen & Towels

We supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bath room on departure. Further linen may be hired through Management. Beach towels are not included. OR Cleaning and linen change usually occurs weekly or more often upon request and at additional cost.

7. Grand Ridge Manor – Payments of Bookings

All tariffs are quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. We require a deposit of 100% to confirm your reservation.

We accept payment by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard via www.netbookings.com.au

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Diners Club directly on 9800 1000.

8.Your other responsibilities

You must comply with all applicable House Rules and all instructions from Management and the caretakers of the Property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property and our neighbours.

You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion)

Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property overnight . If any other guests stay extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.

Before departure, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card

All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived

The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to Grand Ridge restaurant staff or as otherwise directed.

You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $25.00, or if keys are locked in the house, an addition charge of $25.00 for recovery.

Smoking is not permitted in the Property

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.

9. Unavailability

If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full.
